I found something that theknot.com is NOT good for: giving me an automated budget. I put in a generous amount ($1000 excluding rings - don't give me grief, this is going to be a CHEAP wedding, and I'm not paying horrible amounts for things I can make/grow myself) and here's what I get:

His ring: $10. Her ring: $10. Bride/groom hotel room: $9. Car/limo rental: $6. Wedding insurance: $9.50.

I think I'm going to have to do budgeting myself.

In other news, Remmy's going to the vet today. Silly dog. Cory'll probably write about it if anyone cares.

Re: OMG!
Yeah, I don't think I'll be relying on their budgeting system much. :)

Haha ha. Exactly my reaction to the knot's budget tool... I drew up a budget last night nad I think I'm in good shape, but the knot wasn't helpful in that respect.
Oh by the way- I started your journal at the beginning on Friday and I'm just now at this point! It's interesting to read a journal this way- you were right!

Re:
That's so funny. :) I've read a few people's journals all the way through, and sometimes they're good but sometimes they're kinda boring.

I'll have to see if I have time to read yours this week!
