Someone please tell me why the three Christmas tree lots we went to were selling 5' trees for $40? That's silly. I think it's actually because they were Nobles. We got a D Fir for $16 at Thriftway. Heh. I miss going to the U-Cut farm and hanging my candy cane on the twine that holds the tree to the roof of the car and sucking on it. That made no sense. Oh well.

Yeah, I'm probably not even going to be able to get a real Christmas tree. I hear that some are being shipped from Oregon!! But, imagine the cost! I miss U-cut too.

Wow. I'll bet they can get away with selling them for horrible amounts of money over there, especially if they can do it here! Every little tag on one of the lots said "This is a REAL Christmas tree!" Who cares?

So, they think some people don't know the difference between "real" Christmas trees and "fake" ones, huh? Crazy.
I just looked at some little trees today at a store - that looked christmas-y and they were at least $90. Would you ever consider spending $90 for a potted look alike Christmas tree?! I just can't bring myself to do it. I'll have to go with fake this year.
