For those who cook at all for Thanksgiving, what's your favorite holiday recipe?
Here's mine:

CRANBERRY SALAD (YUMMM)
2 3oz raspberry jello boxes
1 1/4c boiling water
1 (1 lb 4oz) can crushed pineapple
1 can whole cranberry sauce
3/4c red wine OR 3/4c orange juice
1c chopped pecans
8oz cream cheese
1c Cool Whip

Dissolve jello in water, mix in pineapple, cranberry sauce, red wine (or orange juice). Cool until slightly thick (about an hour in the fridge).
Fold in the pecans and chill.

Mix the cream cheese and cool whip together, and smoosh on top when it's ready.

We have this every Thanksgiving and every Christmas. I LOOOOVE it.

PIE
1 pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1 cup sugar
1 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup heavy cream
1 chocolate graham cracker pie crust
1 chocolate bar, shaved

Combine cream cheese, peanut butter and sugar; mix well. Separately, mix butter, vanilla, and heavy cream. Combine with cream cheese mixture and pour into pie crust. Top the shaved chocolate bar. Refrigerate to set.

I also like making chocolate truffles for Christmas, maybe you had some at the second annual cocktail party? (we're gearing up for the 3rd annual....)
