Swiss Vegetable Medley

1 16oz bag broccoli/cauliflower mix, thawed and drained
1 can condensed mushroom soup
1/2c swiss cheese, shredded
1/3c sour cream
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon Mrs. Dash seasoning
1 sm red pepper, chopped
2 to 3 carrots, chunked and steamed
Brussels Sprouts, steamed 5 minutes
1 lg onion, chopped

Carmelize the onion.
Combine veggies, soup, cheese, sour cream, pepper, Mrs. Dash, red pepper, onion. Pour into a 1 qt casserole dish. Bake, covered at 300 degrees for 30 min. Uncover and bake 5 min more. Crush potato chips and sprinkle on top.
