Nan tries so hard to keep her fingers twisted in my hair, and it makes me laugh. This morning she sent me an email telling me not to mail people's letters without them giving me the money for it. It was news to me. I replied very nicely. I like doing that, being extra sweet to not-very-nice people. I don't know why.

Today I have my choice of three huge projects. I can work with Promotions to watch 15 hours of the Olympics and count the number of seconds our logo is on screen, or I can work with PR and make a packet of all the printed promotion Columbia's gotten in the past few weeks, or I can go back to the Special Makes department and keep working on CADs. I think since NBC is probably waiting on our numbers, I should deal with Chrisanthi's first. But I don't know if I want to sit up there all day. Eh... why not, I guess.

The weather was so beautiful this weekend! It made scanning things with Cory not seem like pulling teeth (although it never really does). I was pretty tired on Friday and Saturday nights, though, and I fell asleep before I wanted to. (Him living with a roommate makes it hard to have alone-time at home unless it's in bed, and I fell asleep on Sat. night before we could even talk!) We made up for it last night though, right after I made Cory get the inch-long cockroach moseying along the bricks above my fireplace. It was the first one I've seen in several weeks. Grr.

One nice thing about getting to work so early is that I get to play around for almost half an hour after I'm supposed to start working because other people aren't here yet. That makes me happy. It used to be the other way around, with me leaving at 5:30 and most other people leaving by 5, but I think I like it this way better.

I was going to use a different user picture for once, but I realized I don't have any of the ones Cory made for me uploaded. I may have to do that tonight.
