Crochet, Starbucks and roadtrips, oh my!

What a beautiful night. The birds are all singing and the breezes smell good and it's the perfect temperature. The house is almost stuffy, even though the windows are all open. On katu.com an hour ago it said it was 78 degrees.

I read my book for a little while out on the deck but couldn't concentrate. Cory went to bed a bit ago. I guess that means I should go too.

Argh, there's nothing to do online. It's probably the computer telling me to freakin' go outside and enjoy the evening already.

(Hard to do when you're by yourself, sometimes. The cat helps, though. She was sitting on the camp chair across from me, staring at the weird bird up in the oak tree.)

AND: There is this... well, I think it's a peacock living in the holly farm next-door. It keeps cawing or whatever, and it's SO loud. It's kinda neat, but weird at the same time.
