Pumpkin Seeds

I just ate dinner, but smelling the pumpkin seeds is making me hungry again!

Ready to go into the (still preheating) oven:

Plain ol' Salt & Pepper
Brown Sugar & Soy Sauce
Curry & Garam Marsala

I figure I might as well experiment since I don't eat a ton of them anyway. The Garam Marsala smells especially yummy. Hope I didn't put too much on.

For those of you who roast your own pumpkin seeds around this time of year: what spices do you like to put on your seeds?
