HR just called. I didn't get the co-op job. Now there are no more jobs available that I'd be able to do, short of customer service, which I have no desire to get stuck in.

Yay for no money and no place to go. Jobwise, that is.

I'm getting tired of interviewing.

Oh man, that suck! I really though for sure you had this one :(
Did they even say why?

I did too! Of course, it didn't help that my coworkers were already talking like I was gone. It makes it hard to be let down easily.

They never say why - they have a script that they recite: "Just wanted to let you know that another candidate was chosen for the position you interviewed for... if you have any questions, call me!" And I don't really want to say "Damn it! Who? How come I didn't get it?!" :)

I'm really not THAT disappointed, it's just frustrating to go through all this work. It makes me mad that she practically told me to give her my resume. For what? Grr.

I would ask them why you didn't get it. At the very least it might help you to figure out areas you need to brush up on, or perhaps they had someone in mind from the start for that position.

That's true. Maybe I will, in a day or two...

I would ask why you didn't get it, too.

Wow, I'm sorry. :[
That's really sucky, especially since they were so insistent on you getting your resume in and stuff. GRR!

I know. I'm not too broken up about the job itself, I'm just really frustrated that I've been trying so many times but nobody likes me. :(

Good lord, what is their problem!?

No clue. :)
