CRANBERRY SALAD (YUMMM)
2 3oz raspberry jello boxes
1 1/4c boiling water
1 (1 lb 4oz) can crushed pineapple
1 can whole cranberry sauce
3/4c red wine OR 3/4c orange juice
1c chopped pecans
8oz cream cheese
1c Cool Whip
Dissolve jello in water, mix in pineapple, cranberry sauce, red wine (or orange juice). Cool until slightly thick (about an hour in the fridge).
Fold in the pecans and chill.
Mix the cream cheese and cool whip together, and smoosh on top when it's ready.
We have this every Thanksgiving and every Christmas. I LOOOOVE it.
