This morning I ran to Safeway and got thick noodles and produce to stick in my Turkey Garbage Soup, which we had for lunch. I'm almost disappointed that it only yielded four medium-sized servings, but I think it was worth it. Yum. I stuck my just-in-case packet of gravy mix, some carrots, a bunch of elephant garlic, half an onion, two carrots, and two celery stalks; along with the pieces of turkey meat that came off the carcass yesterday (and that I picked out of the bones and throwaway veggies that were in there too). And I put a ton of pepper and some salt and marjoran and thyme and whatever I pulled out of the cupboard. It's good. You should make it sometime.
