Another late night for Cory, which means I'm trying to be constructive but I'm tending to spend a little too much time looking for companionship over the world wide web. That sounds bad. I mean I'm chatting with people because Cory's busy. :)

And I'm listening to ABBA. I like ABBA.

Hmm. Should I fold the clothes, or bind some more books... or just sit here? What a dilemma.

I just found out dilemma isn't spelled dilemna. I've always thought it's spelled dilemna.

YOu know, the holiday thing doesn't make me say "hmmmm..." But the saying things without thinking about what they mean does. Words are really contagious- like the flu! One person says something and it's off! And soon everyone's saying it and no one knows why. Even in professional arenas where they should know better. (I get annoyed with edu-speak in education.)

Yeah, I have mixed feelings about that - on one hand, language evolves pretty quickly. But on the other hand, things like internet speak and slang and stuff like that shouldn't be in our vocabulary when we're trying to be professional.
