I'm home today (or at least this morning), having somehow hurt my lower back at yoga last night. I think that's what it was, anyway. I did a modified cobra and I think I used my back instead of my arms, so either it's a pinched nerve or a pulled muscle. It would have been pretty funny to see me trying to put on my pants this morning. :) Right now it only feels good if I stand up straight or sit up straight. Everything else hurts. And even standing and sitting hurt sometimes. Heh.

So I'm sitting here on the couch with a rice pack on and soon I'll switch to a frozen vegetable pack. And Mom gave me a couple of pointers on stretching it out so I'll do that too. And if I feel better later I'll go to work in the afternoon.
