I only ran on Monday last week, because I was too busy waking up early and spending all day walking all over the world. But that Monday was the best run I've had yet. It was so easy. I wasn't really out of breath, and my legs didn't hurt as badly as they used to, and it was actually pleasant for a run. It was almost easy!

And then I didn't run for a week, and now I'm back at it again. I had another good run today, and I'm going to decide whether to repeat last week's 25-minute runs or up it to 28. We shall see.
