Yesterday I got up at 5:30 and went for a nice 40-minute walk. I think 40 minutes is good since it's not super strenuous, so 40 minutes of walking equals 20 minutes of jogging. :D Then I came home and had a whim to do push-ups so I did 30 of them even though I know I wasn't doing them exactly right. (It's hard when you have no upper body strength, so you gotta start somewheres!)

This morning I got up at 5:30 and I'm SOOOORE. So I will give myself a day to rest and then tomorrow I will try again.

I want to start yoga again too, eventually. I'm not sure when though - I think March is the beginning of their spring classes so I might have to wait until June, which is OK with me since we're still trying to catch up monetarily from Christmas. I think yoga would be good to start before I get pregnant and during the pregnancy as well.

This is how you can tell it's almost the end of the term: Cory got up at 2:30am because he was too stressed to sleep. I worry about that kid sometimes.
